What is XperienceHR, what does it do?

XperienceHR allows you to go paperless. We are digitizing your data collection, transfer and management. All data is stored in cloud thus eliminating lost documents, reducing inaccurate entries and saving tons of hours spent on manual data processing.

How much does XperienceHR cost?

Can I download XperienceHR and install it on my computer?

No. XperienceHR is web-based software. You need an internet connection and a web browser to use it. XperienceHR is also available on mobile app. You can download it for free on Google Play and App Store.

How do I pay for XperienceHR if I decide to use it?

A hands-on experience is the best. You can test our XperienceHR application for 14 days free of charge. You can choose a monthly or annual subscription afterwards. We will need standard invoice details for setting up the wire transfer (company name, official address, registration and VAT numbers, email/s where to send the electronic invoices). We do not accept credit cards.

Will you extend my Free Trial if I do not have enough time to try XperienceHR?

Gladly. We can understand that you are busy and time flies. Just send us an email and we will add 14 extra days.

Will my data from the Free Trial account be carried over to the paid account?

Yes. All data is migrated to your paid account. All Clients, Projects, and Employee list are carried over to your paid account together with the logged work, expenses, and time off.

Is there a limit for the number of users during the Free Trial?

No. Your Free Trial account allows unlimited users, and all features are enabled. Feel free to invite more people at your company to try the XperienceHR HR tool.

Will I be charged automatically when the Free Frial is over?

No. You can quit using it anytime. Your account becomes inactive. No questions asked.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. XperienceHR is a monthly paid service where you can cancel anytime. No “fine print”, to say otherwise. We charge you for the XperienceHR service on the 5th day of the month for the current month based on the actual Active Users count which is automatically generated by our system. And of course, you can export all your data into excel to take with you.

Where is my data stored?

All data collected by the XperienceHR SaaS is stored in Amazon AWS Cloud datacentres with the main centre in Ireland and two back up centres in France and Germany. All data is stored within the EU. From our experience, Amazon provides the most reliable services. Other companies that use Amazon Web services are Netflix, Foursquare, Zynga and many others.

When is your support team available?

The XperienceHR customer service team is highly dedicated to serving our clients. Our team is at your disposal during the normal working hours Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm CET. Within our Enterprise and Global plans, we provide the best-in-class customer support with priority ticketing service. We can boast of one of the best uptimes in the industry and the shortest support team reaction times. You can always count on us; we are here to help you with any questions or issues that may arise.

Is your support team outsourced?

No. All our support is in-house to provide you with timely and quality customer service. Our team speaks fluent English and Slovak.

How customizable is XperienceHR?

Very much. You can customize all modules in configuration down to the employee level. Reports with filters/favourites, notifications, employee rights and XperienceHR access, work calendars rules, holidays by country, types of time off and absence rules, unlimited projects, tasks and activities and many more.

Do you provide dev work for customizations upon request?

Yes. We proudly say that XperienceHR is the most flexible time and attendance software because we adjust to your HR process, not the other way round. We review your customization request, provide you with the specs, quote and a timeline for each dev work you would have asked for.

Will I meet with resistance when implementing the innovative HR solution XperienceHR?

It is possible. Along with a new software, you will initiate new patterns of behaviour. Time wasters or fraudulent activities will become obvious. Some of your employees or teams may succumb to a revolt. However, in general, the solution is well accepted. Especially by the hardworking team members and progressive minds who strive for productivity, transparency, and good team communication. We advise to inform your employees and team leaders well in advance about the implementation along with the benefits for their work life.

If I stop paying on my account, can I resume paying at a later date and continue using XperienceHR?

Yes. XperienceHR will let you do that. We will work with you whatever your temporary situation might be. We will keep your inactive data for free, for up to three months after the account becomes past due or inactive.

How do I get the company board on my side and win the budget approval?
