Time and attendance integration

XP-Hub is the integration layer for XperienceHR. It connects the HRIS, time clocks and access gates, and payroll systems so people data, punches and approved time move without re-keying. Connections use API, scheduled file exchange or middleware. Single sign-on can use the employee identifier supplied in the HR feed.

HR systems

HR data can arrive daily as a full snapshot plus changes. Incoming data is validated and mismatches are reported back. Single sign-on (SSO) can use the identifier from the HR feed.

Clocks and access gates

Raw punches from access-control gates and third-party clocks can be loaded by file over SFTP, with SSH-key authentication. Some real-time functions may be unavailable with third-party clocks.

APIs use OAuth, with documentation provided during implementation. Data is encrypted with TLS in transit and AES at rest. XperienceHR is ISO 27001 certified. SSO is supported alongside the HR people-data feed.
